DataDiscretion has a range of products designed to make data security easy for you.

Just as you would use a key to unlock a safe, the DiscreetKey allows you to open and work on your secured documents.
• Create a document with any application such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
• Plug in your DiscreetKey.
• Drag the document onto the padlock icon and the document opens.
• Read or change the document and close the application.
• The DiscreetKey encrypts the document automatically.

You can decrypt, open, modify and re-encrypt the document at any time by simply dragging it onto the padlock icon. There is no danger of forgetting to re-encrypt, the whole process is automatic.
Once the key has been taken out of the USB port, the padlock icon disappears and the document is completely unreadable to others.
